Andras Lorincz
Andras has a background in formal education as an external lecturer in two universities. He is passionate about global affairs and ethnic and religious minority issues. Besides third-level education he has experience in journalism both as an author and publisher. As a versatile person, he is able to conduct various types of educational activities – with a special focus on adult education. Andras organised and conducted youth and adult education activities as well as scientific meetings and conferences in several countries with the ICRP and its partner organisations. His planning and organising skills are utilised in training content development. Besides being a manager and trainer, he is editor of numerous conference proceedings and author and translator of several research papers and articles in international reviews.

Anna Sarkisyan
Anna has a degree in Social and Political Science – International Relations and Human Rights and Democratization. As an adaptable person, she is active as a project portfolio manager and youth/adult educator in various subjects. She is a former journalist and she is interested in media education, ethnic minority issues and social media behaviour. Anna is one of the founders of an online media platform and online radio for ethnic minorities. Her field of interests include: ethnic minorities and policy toward religious and ethnic minorities, tendencies in social media and hate speech. She is the author of numerous articles about ethnic minorities and cultural heritage. She is active in working as organiser of Erasmus+ projects, international trainings. Since 2015 she has been working for various NGOs and civil society organisations as project manager and project portfolio manager. She is the president of the Georgian Association for Cultural Relations.

Cansu Ak
Cansu is an expert in non-formal and experimental education, boasting extensive experience in both international and local projects. With over 20 international and 30 local initiatives under her belt, she has proven her proficiency in providing trainings and organizing events for various entities including companies, NGOs, and municipalities. Cansu has refined her skills through active participation in programs facilitated by esteemed institutions such as the European Union, national associations, universities, and industry professionals. Leveraging this diverse background, she possesses a profound understanding of methodologies and practices conducive to effective learning and development. Her approach is centred around crafting tailored learning environments, drawing inspiration from David A. Kolb’s Experiential Learning methodology. Emphasizing interactivity, goal orientation, and practical relevance, Cansu ensures tangible outcomes that are in line with organizational objectives.

Yuliana Vashchuk
Yuliana is an international economist and social activist committed to fostering youth engagement in civil society and promoting non-formal education initiatives. Serving as the head of the Ukrainian NGO JCI Youth, she focuses on empowering the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. Drawing from her experience in positions at the National Youth Council of Ukraine and the Dutch-Ukrainian House, Yuliana has refined her skills in youth work and advocacy. She is also a dedicated SDG Ambassador, advocating for inclusive policies and practices. Currently, Yuliana works as a project developer in a British charity organization, providing advocacy and information, advice, and guidance (IAG) for refugees and asylum seekers. Yuliana has contributed to over 50 international projects, taking on roles as a trainer and facilitator, contributing to a positive impact in targeted communities.

Kata Gelencser
Kata has an educational background in international management with a special interest in international relations, geopolitics and security policies. As a flexible person with unique conflict management skills, she is able to work in leading position in both the educational and administrative aspects of various youth projects. As a project manager and a former beneficiary of the European Voluntary Service programme, she has excellent organisational skills. Her experience include facilitation and implementation of wide range of youth projects in Europe. She organised summer camps for children, prepared cultural events and acted as facilitator in youth exchanges under the Erasmus+ Programme. Kata is a former radio show producer and she is an active social media manager.
