Between 26 and 29 June 2025, the International Alliance for Cultural Relations held its first Summer Meeting in Fonyód, Hungary, bringing together member organisations and long-time partners from three continents for four days of informal networking, future planning, and intercultural dialogue.
Set on the shores of Lake Balaton, the gathering created a space for honest conversations, strategic alignment, and creative project development in the field of cultural relations and youth engagement.
Objectives of the Meeting

To explore new joint project ideas and co-funding opportunities

To reflect on current challenges and innovations in the field of youth work and intercultural dialogue

To strengthen IACR’s internal structure through a dedicated members’ meeting
