Launching and leading youth organisations: From idea to impact

Launching and leading youth organisations: From idea to impact is a webinar with maximum 20 selected participants on 2 December 2024 and is part of the Creating EU Villages small-scale Erasmus+ partnership for youth project.

The event will provide participants with practical insights into the steps required to create and manage a successful youth organisation, focusing on key areas such as people management, financial planning, and resource optimisation. Through presentations, discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions, participants will gain essential skills and have the chance to exchange experiences with our expert speakers.

This session is part of the Creating EU Villages project and serves as a last step in a broader training package that included seminars, roundtable discussions and a workshop running from since April 2023. Participants will also receive access to the newly published guidebook, which provides valuable information on establishing youth organisations, proposal writing, and exploring organisational opportunities for young people.

This online event also serves as a valuable networking opportunity, fostering collaboration among aspiring youth leaders and newly established organisations, paving the way for future projects and partnerships.
